how to order

To make a purchase, just follow the selection prompts on the product pages.

To review your order, click on 'view basket' where you can edit both content and quantity.

Select 'checkout' and follow the steps to confirm your order and make your secure payment through PayPal.

Items are updated regularly but if you happen to order a one-of-a-kind item that has sold, I will issue you a full refund via PayPal.

Payment is by credit or debit card through PayPal, which provides a secure checkout system, keeping your personal information safe.

You do not need to have your own PayPal account to order, and when your order has been placed, PayPal will send you a confirmation email.

I do not have access to your payment details - maisy chain only records your name and contact details provided during registration and checkout.

postage and packing

UK and N/Ireland: £2.50 [or free for orders over £50 in value]

Europe: £2.95

Rest of World: £3.95

Items are dispatched from the UK.

I aim to post orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment, although some orders may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched.

A full, valid post code is required for every order and I will not dispatch any order without one.

If you provide an incorrect address including the post code, maisy chain will not accept any responsibility if the order fails to arrive.

Your items will be securely wrapped and presented in a small box or gift bag.

maisy chain is not responsible for any customs duties payable on international orders.

returns and exchanges

I ensure that all items leave my hands in pristeen condition because I want you to be happy with your purchase.

If however, you are not completely satisfied, please email maisy@maisychain.com within 3 days of receipt of your order to arrange a refund or exchange.

Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of their original dispatch date.

On receipt of your returned goods, I will dispatch a replacement or issue a refund via PayPal to your original method of payment.

Please note that postage and package fees are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty, and maisy chain is not responsible for return postage.

Please obtain a proof of postage as without it, maisy chain will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

looking after your jewellery

I recommend that you:

• avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, or make-up
• avoid any contact with abrasive solutions or cleaning materials
• avoid dropping jewellery on hard surfaces as it may break or chip
• store jewellery wrapped, or in a box when not in use
